A very common problem associated with people of various age My Back Pain Coach Review groups and especially common with older age people is foot pain. This is the portion of leg in which large amount of weight is being transferred. Out of all portion of foot, the bottom portion will be subjected towards more level of stress. Under normal conditions, force will be distributed in an even manner.

When some amount of changes occurs in the anatomy of the leg, there are chances that pain will be developed. The bottom of foot pain will be caused due to uneven stress distribution that occurs. There are also various other conditions such as high arch, poorly designed shoes, injuries and medical conditions that will cause large amount of pain. The pain will be caused in the metatarsal bone present in the foot. There will also be pain in other regions that will occur such as the ankle. There is information about various kinds of situation that causes pain in this region.

One of the major causes of pain in the bottom portion of the leg is uneven distribution of stress. This occurs when force acting on bottom portion of foot is concentrated in a single region or a small region. Thus certain parts will experience more amount of force. The bones and muscles are important support providers of leg and they will not be able to withstand a greater level of force, this leads to structural disturbances in this part.

There are many reasons that contribute towards uneven distribution of force such as high heels, poorly designed shoes, walking pattern, jogging methods, poorly balanced running and many others. There are many people who have been satisfied with the pain relief that is being provided by quality treatments that will enable the foot structure to return to normal.
