Yes, I'm aware of this issue. It's the coding with the slopes; it needs some tweaking.

New Update! Build 04!

Changelog:
Code:
-Fixed problem with slopes.
-Tweaked the base engine, improving movement (All the while removing some stuff)
-Added jump through platforms
-Added new test tileset. "Ruins"
-You can now go into Fullscreen by pressing F4
-You can now exit the game by pressing ESC
-Higher Resolution game. Choice of Resolution will be added in the future.
-Revamped the cloud particles. Not sure if they look good yet. (Comment below?)
-Game now runs at 60FPS instead of the odd 45FPS. (honestly don't know how that happened. Glad to have caught it.)

--Known Issues--
-You can no longer crouch. Will be re-enabled once fixed with new tweaks.
-You can no longer look up. Will be re-enabled once fixed with new tweaks.
-You can't get out of Fullscreen mode after entering it unless you quit the game. (ESC)

Haha yeah i'm looking to build my skills in music composition. So if you don't mind a slightly inexperienced musician then i'd be happy to make some songs for you!

Hi everyone. Long time no see. A lot has happened with this project since I last posted, and this project has changed a few too many times. I have finally got a story down(somewhat) as well as a basic engine down. As for the website, I dunno what happened with it. I need to find a trustworthy webhost, as I seem to always be picking bad ones. For now, I won't be having a website for this game for now, until I have the money to pay for a webhost.

These are some early screenshots of the engine, and a video link to what the engine currently looks like. I still have some stuff to fix, but everything is moving smoothly. I also have a friend helping me with concept art, and so far here is the character design for Bufanda.

As you can see, she has gone through some design changes since my last post. This is probably the last design for her, and soon I'll start working on the actual game story.

Speaking of story, here is what it is currently.

EDIT : Time for an update! First off, I managed to implement variable jump heights! No more fixed jumping height!

Also, new sprites for characters in the game!
